I used them to do an appraisal. The process was very easy and everyone there was amazing. This was the first time I had to get anything appraised and I will be going back.

“The next day, I sent it off to PGGL (Precision Gem Grading Lab/ Imagem). I found out it would be quite easy to have the stone graded myself and asked my sis if she would be interested in it and she said “yes!” because the more info they have, the better. I had previously contacted Gauri Shiroor from the lab (by e-mail) and asked how much it would cost for them to grade the 7mm cushion moissy. She quoted $75 (for my size/type stone) for a certificate similar to a diamond cert with some extras – grading sparkle, brilliance, intensity, color and clarity along with exact measurements, symmetry and a clarity plot. Gauri was so great to work with! She constantly kept in touch with me by e-mail and phone. I sent the stone to her by Fed-Ex, which she got a couple days later (3/29), and had it graded in about a day. Since she sent the stone and cert directly to David, I didn’t see the cert until I received the ring, but she did tell me the color and clarity grades. I figured by the way the stone was cut it would be graded a triple Ex and it was! The cert comes folded in a clear plastic cover. It’s very nice and professional!”

At first I was skeptical. Looking for an alternative from traditional stones I looked into the forever one Stone. Once I receive that it looked amazing! And once I had it set on to the setting and looked even better. The company was amazing to work with and I am not the easiest customer to impress. I would definitely use them again by far the best experience. They were understanding to my needs and my concerns. My Stone came back from the lab as promised and the representative always followed up with me to keep me in the loop. Precision Gem Grading Laboratory is an amazing company. Thank you very much for helping me. And easing my concerns.
